Dennis P. Checca is a Managing Senior Associate at the Office of Thierry W Despont Ltd. Born and raised in Pittsburgh, he graduated from Carnegie Mellon University, Pennsylvania, with a five-year Bachelor of Architecture Degree. He instructed students in Core Architectural Theory at the New York School for Interior Design.

He is currently in charge of several projects involving Private Estates in Ohio; residences in Florida, Aspen, Sun Valley, Virginia, and Bedford, New York; as well as several luxury apartments and private offices in New York City.

In the past, he has also been involved with important residences, compounds, and castles, including a palace for Khalid Bin Saud in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia; the renovation of Luttrellstown Castle in Ireland; and a 12,000 square-foot townhouse in New York City.
